Rate My Lazy European Portfolio Don't Hold Back!

Okay so for the past month I've been interested in investing. Been watching a lot of youtube videos, learning how shit in investing works and reading a lot of this sub which lots of you helped me understand. I think I'm ready to make my first investment strategy and start placing money this week (Obviously I'm still a noob but ya gotta start somewhere right)
I'm 25 years old living in europe (malta) still living with my parents planning on staying living in malta(Can save most of my money). With the aim of placing the money long term (30-40 years) Ratio 80% etf stocks - 20% etf bonds. I will be placing money either monthly or every 3 months I am no certain. And at the end of the year rebalance everything. The reason why I might place money every 3 months instead of every month is due to my broker charging a flat fee of 9 euro's if you don't invest 10,000 at one go(10,000 euros would be a whole years of work in my country) Anyways here are the etfs Il be buying.
40% - iShares Core MSCI World UCITS ETF https://www.ishares.com/uk/individual/en/products/251882/ishares-msci-world-ucits-etf-acc-fund
40% - ISHARES MSCI WORLD EUR HEDGED ETF (IBCH) https://www.ishares.com/uk/individual/en/products/251891/ishares-msci-world-eur-hedged-ucits-etf
20% - ISHARES JP MORGAN USD EM BOND EUR HEGD UCITS ETF (EMBE) https://www.ishares.com/uk/individual/en/products/254531/ishares-j-p-morgan-em-bond-eur-hedged-ucits-etf
The reason why I decided to hedge half and expose half to forex risk of the MSCI World UCITS ETF is to
-Diversify.
-Take advantage of buying cheaper since if the dollar where to lower I'd be buying more shares for the unhedged fund and vice versa.
The reason why I decided to put 20% in an international etf bond is to.
-Diversify
-In case of a stock crash I could sell of some of the bonds to rebalance my stock percentages basically giving me a 'discount price' on those etfs
-The reason I decided to hedge the currency of the etf bond in euro is due to bonds being primarily 'stable' while currency tends to be a bit volatile it didn't make much sense to me to have a bond in USD when I use euro. As currency would play a higher role in determining the price than the actual bond.
I tried to be as diverse as possible with minimal etfs, to reduce the difficulty of maintaining those percentages while reducing fees due to buying different etfs will give me that 9 euro fee every time.
So what do you guys think? Don't feel bad at dissing my strategy as I said I have 0 financial education and only been interested this past month. + I haven't invested yet so any eye opener would be perfect before going in.
So am I diverse enough? Should I add another etf or am I good like this?
Is there a better etf that could replace one I chose maybe?
Thanks for all that reply.

Where to register the company for your Forex Brokerage?

Where to register the company for your Forex Brokerage?

Thinking about starting your own Forex Brokerage? The first logical question is "Where is the best location to incorporate and license your broker?".
However before we proceed on to answer this question, there are other related questions a person who has a serious interest in opening his FX Brokerage needs to answers.
Q1) Which regions are your going to concentrate on for retail clients?
Q2)When do you plan on launching your company & product?
Q3)How much money do you plan on establishing your brokerage?
Q4)Which business model are you going to have ? (STP,Market Maker,DD,Mixed)
Q5)Which bank will open you a corporate bank account?(depends on license & country of incorporation)
Q6)How're you going to collect the payments from your clients?
For the purposes of answering the question, we will divide certain geos(regions) in Tiers based on the level of reporting, capital requirement & tight regulated environment each jurisdiction has.
1) Tier 1 :
To safeguard investors from fraudulent and ponzi schemes, many countries have established private or state owned organizations to monitor and regulate the Forex Market and are actively supported by the governments. Example of countries in this Tier are JAPAN(FSA JAPAN) & USA(NFA & CFTC).
There are profound reporting requirements, broker required to provide high quality in services and prove the availability of $20 Million USD of free liquid capital not including clients money. There is also a compulsion to have local offices and a significant membership fee as well.
2) Tier 2:
Regulations like FCA UK & ASIC Australia fall under this category. These jurisdictions require lower initial capital and are committed to reporting. Obtaining a license from these authorities may take anything between 6 months to a year depending on how fast the required documents are submitted.
Applying for a license from these regulatory authorities typically requires one to have a minimum of $100,000 USD of non client funds. The cost for this is approximately $35,000 to $50,000(depending on what license you take) for example if you plan to have a Dealing Desk which doesn't forward the liquidity flow to a third party then you need to show a high availability of disposable liquid funds available approximately $1 Million USD where as for STP(Straight Through Processing) models where you forward all the liquidity flow it's about $100,000 USD.
3)Tier 3:
Offshore with certain level of protection for investors like Cyprus(CySEC),, Malta(MSA), New Zealand (FSP) are the Tier 3 jurisdictions.
These regulators require the availability of a local office, simpler reporting & very low taxes. Specially Cyprus which offers good access to EU and is also ESMA compliant. The cost for CySEC range from 125,000 Euro to 750,000 Euro depending which model you're going for STP or Dealing Desk and the process time remains on par with the Tier 2 regulators.
4)Tier 4:
BVI, Marshall Islands, Belize & Seychelles are the Tier 4 jurisdiction and have a official regulation and license the broker needs to obtain if providing FX Instruments. Obtaining a license and getting a license usually takes 3-4 months and cost around $20,000 to $30,000 USD with a $500,000 USD in capital requirement(Belize). Also with these licenses it's easier to open and maintain a bank account.
5)Tier 5:
There are certain offshore jurisdictions Like St. Vincent & Grenadines or Bermuda where there getting a Forex license is not compulsory. Setting up a company needs only a little capital and the money saved can then be used on operations or marketing.
It's a bit difficult to obtain an account in a credible bank for Tier 5. Most startups go around this issue by listing their company for more than one service for example Consultancy, Marketing,FX, Travel etc or through EMIs which can provide an online IBAN. (B2B accounts mostly).
Many big brokers around the world start with small licenses and obtain their bigger licenses much later such examples include big names like Alpari, Admiral, Primus etc.

Desconfiem Sempre. Abraco.

Help me to choose a broker -- Oanda, FXCM, forex.com, FXDD

Hi all,
I posted this thread on a Forex forum, I re-post it here hoping to get more advice.
I live in China, and I'm a newbie to Forex trading. I plan to deposit 5,000 USD to experiment Forex trading after I get used to the demo account. After I'm OK with 5K USD, I may invest not less than 10K.
I'm struggling to choose a broker, here are my criteria,
1, Allow hedging. I'm 100% wanting this. Indeed I'm not going to hedge the same amount of money at the same time to earn quick money (which is often used in big news event). What I want to do is, I have a long term position which will be there for several weeks, then I do some short term positions (intraday or several days). That's possible that I have two positions in two directions at the same time.
2, Money safety. During my Googling, I found that some brokers close a trader's account just because he/she earns too much money.
3, 100:1 leverage. 50:1 is not too bad but 100:1 gives me more flexibility.
4, Prefer to NDD (ECN or STP), but DD and MM is acceptable if money safety is guaranteed.
5, Regulates with NFA or FCA.
6, Support depositing using credit card. This is cheapest way for me, at least cheaper than wire transfer.
7, Easy to open an account. I prefer to open an account via internet only so I don't need post a lot of certifications to the broker.
The other points except 1 are tolerant, but I really want point 1 and I think it will be important to me.
Now comes to the brokers I've done some research on. I've checked a little with Oanda, FXCM, forex.com, and FXDD.
Oanda, the most money safety one. 50 leverage. However, it doesn't allow hedging.
All other brokers in my list are not as same money safety as Oanda.
FXCM, the one that's really annoying me is the margin. Why margin for a lot of EURUSD is $750? That's really weird and is not connected to the real price. Can any one explain to me?
Forex.com, as big as FXCM, but in the event that ECB put down the interest to 0.25% at Nov.7 this year, a lot of Chinese traders get network error and lost money. That scared me.
FXDD, not as old as Oanda, and not as big as FXCM and Forex.com, and registered in Malta...
So, what's your advice of a proper broker for me? The one not on my list is OK too.
Thanks
EDIT: another disadvantage of Oanda is that they have 6 candles a week, but it's a trivial problem since I can use other broker's MT4 for technical analysis.
